Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service. You can use the site without an account, but generating a song requires signing in.

• Account data: the name, email address, and profile image returned by Google when you sign in.
• Usage data: prompts, lyric text, and reference files you submit, plus the songs generated from them, so you can revisit and download them.
• Billing data: your subscription status, plan, invoice history, and the last four digits of the card. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging.

2. How we use it

Account and usage data are used to deliver generations, keep your library available, and enforce credit limits. Billing data is used to manage your subscription. Technical data is used for security and reliability.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your lyrics or prompts to train third-party models.

3. Processors

We share data with the processors required to run the service: Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments and fraud checks, and our cloud hosting and database providers. Each processor only receives what its task requires.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Generated songs and prompts stay available until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion by writing to support@yue-ai.lol. Deleting your account removes your generations and cancels any active subscription at the end of the current billing period.
