Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using yue-ai.lol you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a paid contract in your country, to create an account.

2. The service

yue-ai.lol is an independent third-party interface for AI song generation inspired by the open-source YuE music generation research. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the authors of that project or any of their affiliates.

Generation is a probabilistic process: results vary between runs and may not match your intent. Controls such as length, tempo, and vocal are previews of the workflow, and the service may be changed or interrupted for maintenance.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access, attempt to bypass credit limits, or use the service to break the law.

4. Your content and generated songs

You keep the rights you hold in the lyrics, prompts, and reference files you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We do not claim ownership of the songs generated from your inputs.

You are responsible for how you use a generated song. If you plan to release it commercially, review it for unintended similarities to existing works before distributing it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights
• create hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence
• impersonate a real artist, band, or person, or claim that a generated song was made by them
• resell raw access to the generator, or automate it in a way that degrades the service

6. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe at the interval you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. Plans refresh a credit allowance each billing period; unused credits do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
