If yue does not work for you, contact support@yue-ai.lol within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that payment. Tell us the email address on the account so we can find the invoice.

2. Renewals
Renewal charges are not refundable once the new billing period has started, because credits are issued at the start of the period. Cancelling before the renewal date prevents the next charge.
3. Used credits
Refunds are assessed against the credits issued in the period. If a large share of the allowance has already been spent on generations, we may refund a proportional amount instead of the full charge.
4. Duplicate and failed charges
Duplicate charges and payments for a subscription that never activated are refunded in full. Send the Stripe receipt to support@yue-ai.lol and we will reverse it.
5. How to cancel
Open your billing settings while signed in and cancel the subscription. Cancellation stops future charges immediately and access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. Banks usually post them within 5 to 10 business days.
